Optimel is an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory eye drop utilising the therapeutic properties of Manuka Honey. This drop is fantastic for treating blepharitis and eyelid inflammation in dry eye. They do tend to sting a little bit when first instilled (like the bees that produce the honey), though are very good for long term management of blepharitis and dry eye.
